Terms of Service

By booking CincyValet, you agree to the following terms regarding liability and service execution.

1. Vehicle Liability

CincyValet assumes responsibility for vehicles only while they are being driven by our attendants. We are not responsible for mechanical failures (dead batteries, flat tires) not caused by our negligence, or for damage resulting from preexisting conditions.

2. Personal Items

We strongly recommend removing all valuables (phones, sunglasses, cash, firearms) from vehicles before surrendering keys. CincyValet is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal items left inside vehicles.

3. Cancellation Policy

Events cancelled within 72 hours of the scheduled start time may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the contracted labor minimum.

4. Service Delays

We strive for rapid retrieval times. However, traffic conditions, weather events, or unforeseen venue constraints may impact wait times. We do not refund charges due to weather-related delays.
